A Global Conversation on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Market Systems Development

Join us for a free global conversation series on Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) in Market Systems Development (MSD)

This virtual series is designed to bring together development professionals from around the world—whether you’re just starting your career or have years of experience.

Over the course of three interactive sessions (plus a final webinar), we’ll explore where we’ve been, where we are, and where we’re heading when it comes to advancing GESI in MSD.

Each conversation will begin with a short framing discussion before breaking into small groups focused on practical learning questions and real-world experience sharing.

We’ll hold two sessions per topic to accommodate different time zones—sunrise (Asia-Pacific & Europe) and sunset (Americas). You’ll also receive brief background materials and curated resources ahead of each conversation.

We encourage participants to attend the full series (a total of four hours from May to November 2025).

It’s open to anyone with some experience in GESI and MSD—no need to be an expert or currently working in a formal development role.

Early-career professionals are especially encouraged to join.
